CUSTOM CUTTING
Our state-of-the-art glass facility gives our team the ability to provide exceptional quality and precision cut glass. The equipment we use allows us to produce nearly any piece of glass such as windows, mirrors, shower doors, curio cabinet glass, tabletop glass, and glass shelving.
TEMPERING GLASS
Our glass tempering process includes strengthening the glass by our controlled heating and cooling process. We heat the glass in our state-of-the-art ovens to the strain temperature level then rapidly cool the glass. This creates a compressive stress on the outside of the glass to provide thermal toughening overall.
INSULATING GLASS
Insulated glass units are made of 2 separate panes of glass separated by a spacer which creates airspace, or a barrier, between two pieces of glass, much like the insulation in the walls of your home. The unit is then sealed on all edges to not allow moisture to enter between the panes. This process enables the energy efficient properties utilized in your home to keep out heat and keep in cool air, and vice versa.
EDGE POLISHING
For an overall aesthetic and safe handling of your glass, edge polishing provides a finished look suitable for glass shelves, glass partitions and frameless shower doors.
Flat Polish - The most popular choice because of the high gloss and shiny finish. A simple, sleek look for any glass application.
Pencil Polish - Glass edges are ground smooth then finished with a glossy polish. For highly aesthetic pieces, the pencil polish provides a modern look and finished presentation.
Beveled Edge - The beveled look is made by grinding each edge at a 45° angle or rounded edge. Seen most often in frameless glass mirror applications like those on medicine cabinets.
Ogee - The ogee profile can be combined in many different ways and most commonly seen in an "S" shaped edge or wavy appearance.

VINYL BACKING
Vinyl backing is intended to prevent injury in the case of a glass breakage. The adhesive vinyl applied to the back of the glass holds the unit together in one piece.
SANDBLASTING
Etched glass is best achieved with sandblasting. The process includes a stencil which is usually traced with a CAD program which is then printed out on a vinyl printer. Precision blades cut the stencil outline and then is applied to the toughened glass. From here we weed out the cut pieces to expose the glass and prepare for sandblasting. The glass is then blasted with aluminum oxide powder which carves into the exposed glass. The film is then removed and the sandblasted areas are left in the design in which was created.
DIAMONFUSION PROTECTIVE COATING
Diamon-Fusion provides an ultra-thin protective barrier on any glass surface for long-lasting protection and minimal maintenance. This protective coating reduces cleaning time up to 90%.
WATER JET CUTTING
Water jet cutting allows for free formed shapes and unlimited design options. All bevels can be created with water jetting for precision accuracy every time. With the use of highly specialized equipment, we can cut virtually any thickness of glass as well as any style of glass including bulletproof glass.
